Terms of use

These terms apply between Schmidt Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Buchwaldstr. 20, 35619 Braunfels, Germany ("we") and everyone who uses the website better-crm.ai ("you"). Conflicting terms of your own do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

Presage is in development. This website describes an intended product. Nothing on it is an offer to conclude a contract, and no contract for software is formed by using the site or by joining the waitlist.

We provide the website free of charge and may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not entitle you to access, to a place in any particular order, or to a price. We decide who is invited and when, and we may decline without giving reasons.

You may ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@better-crm.ai.

The numbers on this site — including everything the calculator produces — are benchmark or illustrative values. They are model outputs based on inputs you choose, not measured results from any customer, and not a forecast of what Presage would achieve for you.

Do not rely on them as a basis for a business decision. They carry no warranty of any kind.

The texts, graphics, layout, source code and the Presage name and mark on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view the site and print or store single copies for your own, non-commercial use. Any other use — in particular reproduction, distribution, public display or the creation of derivative works — requires our prior written consent.

Third-party marks shown on the site, including those of the Technical University of Munich and Campus Founders, remain the property of their owners.

You agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site
• retrieve content by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing
• submit false information to the waitlist or impersonate anyone
• use the site in breach of applicable law

Where we link to third-party sites — the waitlist form, the demo video — those sites are outside our control and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory under the German Product Liability Act or arises from a guarantee we have given.

For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on which you may routinely rely (a cardinal obligation). In that case our liability is limited to the damage typical for this kind of contract and foreseeable at the time. Any further liability is excluded.

The site is provided free of charge and its content is offered without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may amend these terms with effect for the future, for instance when Presage becomes available. The version in force is the one published here, carrying the date at the top of the page.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If you are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this relationship is our registered seat.

Should any provision be or become invalid, the remainder stays in force.
